  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a food processor, blend oats, almonds, and dates until finely ground.
  3. Add melted coconut oil and blend until well combined.
  4. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
  5. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool.
  6. In a blender, combine bananas, coconut milk, agave syrup, cornstarch, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt.
  7. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  8. Pour the banana mixture into the cooled crust.
  9. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the filling is set.
  10. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 30 minutes.
  11. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  12. Serve chilled and enjoy!
