Sun-Dried Tomato Crusted Tofu
Tofu is made from soybeans and is a great source of protein for vegetarians and vegans.
This is vegan, gluten free and high protein recipe. Dish can be prepared in 40 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 9.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then slice it into 1/2-inch thick pieces.

In a food processor, blend sun-dried tomatoes, almond flour, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, dried basil, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Coat each tofu slice with the sun-dried tomato mixture.

Place the tofu slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil.

Bake for 20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
