  2. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then slice it into 1/2-inch thick pieces.
  3. In a food processor, blend sun-dried tomatoes, almond flour, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, dried basil, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  4. Coat each tofu slice with the sun-dried tomato mixture.
  5. Place the tofu slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
