Summertime Vegetarian Stir-Fry
Stir-frying is a popular cooking technique in many Asian cuisines as it allows vegetables to retain their nutrients and vibrant colors.
This is vegan, gluten free and high protein recipe. Dish can be prepared in 30 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 16.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.

Heat cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add tofu and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned.

Add vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, snap peas, mushrooms) and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until crisp-tender.

Pour the sauce mixture over the vegetables and tofu. Stir well to coat.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
