  2. In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cut the vegan butter into small pieces and add it to the bowl. Use your fingers or a pastry cutter to work the butter into the dry ingredients until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Add the almond milk and vanilla extract to the bowl. Stir until a soft dough forms.
  5. Divide the dough into 2 equal portions. Roll each portion into a rectangle about 9x12 inches in size.
  6. Spread the strawberry jam evenly over one of the rectangles, leaving a small border around the edges.
  7. Place the other rectangle of dough on top of the jam-covered rectangle. Press the edges together to seal.
  8. Use a sharp knife or pizza cutter to cut the dough into breadsticks, about 1 inch wide.
  9. Transfer the breadsticks to a lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
