Strawberry Jam Breadsticks

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.

Cut the vegan butter into small pieces and add it to the bowl. Use your fingers or a pastry cutter to work the butter into the dry ingredients until it resembles coarse crumbs.

Add the almond milk and vanilla extract to the bowl. Stir until a soft dough forms.

Divide the dough into 2 equal portions. Roll each portion into a rectangle about 9x12 inches in size.

Spread the strawberry jam evenly over one of the rectangles, leaving a small border around the edges.

Place the other rectangle of dough on top of the jam-covered rectangle. Press the edges together to seal.

Use a sharp knife or pizza cutter to cut the dough into breadsticks, about 1 inch wide.

Transfer the breadsticks to a lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
