Add the carrots, zucchini, bell pepper, green beans, and peas. Stir well.

Pour in the vegetable broth and add the tomatoes. Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes.

Stir in the fresh herbs, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.

Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
