Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1-2 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sriracha sauce, and honey.

Add cooked noodles to the skillet and pour the sauce over them. Toss well to coat the noodles evenly.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds, chopped green onions, cilantro, and lime juice.
