Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic, ginger, and chopped red bell pepper. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the bell pepper is slightly softened.

Add soy sauce, sesame oil, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Stir well.

Add cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss until well coated with the sauce.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat and garnish with chopped spring onion, cilantro, and lime wedges.
