  4. Add the spices (turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt) and cook for a minute.
  5. Add the potatoes and cauliflower to the pan. Mix well to coat the vegetables with the spices.
  6. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  8. Serve hot with rice or roti.
