Wash and cut the potatoes into small cubes.

In a bowl, mix together olive oil, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Add the potatoes to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the spice mixture.

Place the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown.
