In a large bowl, combine oats, almond flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and salt.

In a small saucepan, melt coconut oil over low heat. Stir in maple syrup and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the sheet, pressing down lightly to form flat rounds.
