In a bowl, combine the olive oil, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Add the chickpeas to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the spice mixture.

Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Bake for 25 minutes, or until the chickpeas are crispy and golden brown.
