  2. Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
  3. In a bowl, combine the chickpeas, olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground paprika, ground coriander, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the chickpeas are well coated.
  4. Spread the chickpeas evenly on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and drizzle with fresh lemon juice.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
  8. Serve warm.
