Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Drain and rinse the chickpeas.

In a bowl, combine the chickpeas, olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground paprika, ground coriander, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the chickpeas are well coated.

Spread the chickpeas evenly on a baking sheet.

Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until crispy.

Remove from the oven and drizzle with fresh lemon juice.

Garnish with fresh cilantro.
