Spaghetti Squash Dip
Spaghetti squash is a winter squash variety that, when cooked, forms spaghetti-like strands, making it a great alternative to pasta.
This is vegan, gluten free and low carb recipe. Dish can be prepared in 70 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 10.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.

Brush the cut sides of the squash with olive oil and place them cut-side down on a baking sheet. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the squash is tender.

Remove the squash from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Use a fork to scrape the flesh of the squash into a bowl.

In a separate bowl, combine the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Add the spaghetti squash to the cream cheese mixture and stir until well combined.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm with your favorite dippers.
