In a blender, combine pumpkin puree, soy milk, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract.

Blend until smooth and well combined.

In a small saucepan, heat the espresso or strong coffee.

Pour the pumpkin mixture into the saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until hot.
