Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, honey, olive oil, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well to coat everything evenly.

Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

Once cooled, add dried cranberries and mix well.

Store in an airtight container.
