Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Remove the husks and silks from the corn.

Grill the corn for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until lightly charred.

Remove the corn from the grill and let it cool.

Cut the kernels off the cob and transfer them to a large bowl.

Add the diced red bell pepper, red onion, cherry tomatoes, black beans, and cilantro to the bowl with the corn.

In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, cumin, salt, and pepper.

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
