Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Drain and press the tofu to remove excess moisture. In a small bowl, mix together the smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Cut the tofu into slices or cubes, then coat each piece with the spice mixture. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the tofu until golden brown on each side. Transfer the tofu to a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, or until crispy. Allow the tofu to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve hot and enjoy!
