  3. Add green peas and vegetable broth to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, until the peas are tender.
  4. Use an immersion blender or transfer the soup to a blender to puree until smooth.
  5. Stir in lemon juice and adjust seasoning if needed.
