Cut the tofu into small cubes.

Heat oil in a pan and add ground pork, garlic, ginger, and Sichuan peppercorns. Cook until the pork is browned.

Add chili bean paste and stir-fry for a minute.

Add tofu, soy sauce, and water. Simmer for 5 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water to make a slurry. Add the slurry to the pan and stir until the sauce thickens.

Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot with rice.
