  1. Soak black lentils and red kidney beans overnight.
  2. Pressure cook soaked lentils and beans with water and salt for 20 minutes.
  3. Heat butter in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  4. Add chopped onions, ginger, garlic, and green chili. Saute until golden brown.
  5. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft.
  6. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala. Mix well.
  7. Add the cooked lentils and beans to the pan and simmer for 30 minutes.
  8. Stir in fresh cream and cook for another 5 minutes.
  9. Serve hot with rice or naan bread.
