Take a napkin and lay it flat on a clean surface.

Fold the napkin in half diagonally to form a triangle.

Fold the bottom corner of the triangle up to the top corner, leaving about 1 inch of the bottom corner visible.

Fold the left corner of the triangle over to the right corner, creating a smaller triangle.

Fold the bottom corner of the smaller triangle up to the top corner, again leaving about 1 inch of the bottom corner visible.

Fold the left corner of the smaller triangle over to the right corner, creating an even smaller triangle.

Tuck any excess napkin into the pocket created by the folds.

Repeat steps 1-7 with the remaining napkins.

Garnish each folded napkin with a sprig of fresh herbs, if desired.
