  4. Add the seitan slices to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Remove the seitan slices from the skillet and set aside.
  6. In the same skillet, add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  7. Add the vegetable broth, lemon juice, and capers to the skillet.
  8. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  9. Return the cooked seitan slices to the skillet and simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes, coating the seitan with the sauce.
  10. Remove the skillet from the heat and let the seitan piccata rest for 5 minutes.
  11. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
