  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine vital wheat gluten, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, vegetable broth, olive oil, and liquid smoke.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Knead the mixture for about 5 minutes until it forms a dough-like consistency.
  6. Shape the dough into a log shape and wrap it tightly in aluminum foil.
  7. Place the wrapped seitan log on a baking sheet and bake for 60 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  9. Unwrap the seitan log and slice it into desired portions.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
