  3. Add chopped onion and bell pepper to the pan and sauté until they become soft.
  4. Crumble the tofu into small pieces and add it to the pan.
  5. Sprinkle turmeric powder, salt, black salt, and black pepper over the tofu.
  6. Stir-fry everything together for about 5 minutes, until the tofu is evenly coated with the spices and heated through.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
