Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the cornmeal, gluten-free flour blend, baking powder, and salt.

Add the corn kernels, green onions, jalapeno pepper, and cilantro to the bowl. Stir well.

Pour in the plant-based milk and melted plant-based butter. Mix until everything is well combined.

Transfer the batter onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly, about 1/4 inch thick.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
