In a food processor, blend the cashews until finely ground.

Add the bananas, cacao powder, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Blend until smooth.

Line a baking dish with parchment paper. Pour the mixture into the dish and spread evenly.

Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.

Once set, remove from the refrigerator and cut into small squares or desired shapes.
