This is vegan and gluten free recipe. Dish can be prepared in 40 minutes. Even a beginner can handle preparing this dish. Number of ingredients: 9.

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into 1-inch cubes.

In a large bowl, toss the sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated.

Spread the sweet potatoes in a single layer on a lined baking sheet.

Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, stirring once halfway through.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
