Heat ghee in a pan and roast the besan (gram flour) on low heat until fragrant and golden brown.

Add desiccated coconut to the roasted besan and mix well. Cook for another 2 minutes.

Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool.

Once cooled, add powdered sugar, cardamom powder, almonds, and pistachios. Mix well.

Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a laddoo (round ball).

Repeat with the remaining mixture.

Let the laddoos rest for 30 minutes to set.
