  2. Add desiccated coconut to the roasted besan and mix well. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool.
  4. Once cooled, add powdered sugar, cardamom powder, almonds, and pistachios. Mix well.
  5. Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a laddoo (round ball).
  6. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
  7. Let the laddoos rest for 30 minutes to set.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
