Roasted Garlic Dipping Sauce
Garlic has been used for centuries for its medicinal properties and is known for its strong flavor and aroma.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Cut the top off each garlic clove to expose the cloves.

Drizzle olive oil over the exposed cloves and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Wrap the garlic cloves tightly in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet.

Roast in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the cloves are soft and golden.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.

Squeeze the roasted garlic cloves out of their skins into a bowl.

Add Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and dried dill to the bowl.

Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

Serve as a dipping sauce with your favorite snacks or as a spread on sandwiches.
