  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the corn on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Roast the corn in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until it starts to brown.

  5. Add the roasted corn and vegetable stock to the pot.
  6. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
