  1. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. Soak the rice in water for 30 minutes.
  3. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the soaked rice.
  4. Cook the rice until it is 70% cooked, then drain and set aside.
  5. In a small bowl, soak saffron in 2 tablespoons of warm water.
  6. In a separate pan, heat ghee and add cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, cardamom pods, and cloves. Cook until fragrant.
  7. Add the soaked saffron, almonds, cashews, and raisins to the pan. Cook for a few minutes.
  8. Add the cooked rice to the pan and mix well.
  9. Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
  10. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  11. Fluff the rice with a fork before serving.
