Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.

Soak the rice in water for 30 minutes.

In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the soaked rice.

Cook the rice until it is 70% cooked, then drain and set aside.

In a small bowl, soak saffron in 2 tablespoons of warm water.

In a separate pan, heat ghee and add cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, cardamom pods, and cloves. Cook until fragrant.

Add the soaked saffron, almonds, cashews, and raisins to the pan. Cook for a few minutes.

Add the cooked rice to the pan and mix well.

Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook on low heat for 10 minutes.

Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Fluff the rice with a fork before serving.
