In a large saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add the turmeric, cumin, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.

Add the rice, lentils, and split peas to the saucepan and stir to combine.

Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low, cover, and let simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the rice and legumes are cooked and the liquid is absorbed.
