Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Chop the bell peppers, carrots, broccoli, green beans, onion, and garlic cloves. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped vegetables and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until they become tender. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and pour the soy sauce mixture over it. Stir everything together until well combined and heated through. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
