Red Chard Saag
Red chard, also known as Swiss chard, is packed with nutrients and is an excellent source of vitamins A, C, and K.

Wash and finely chop the red chard leaves and stems.

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them crackle.

Add chopped onion, garlic, and ginger. Saute until golden brown.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they are soft.

Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt. Stir well.

Mix in chopped red chard and cook for 5 minutes.

Add garam masala and cook for another 2 minutes.

Serve hot with rice or roti.
