  3. In a blender, combine the tofu, spinach, vegan cheese, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
  4. In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of marinara sauce.
  5. Place a layer of cooked lasagna noodles on top of the sauce.
  6. Spread a layer of the tofu-spinach mixture over the noodles.
  7. Repeat steps 4-6 until all the ingredients are used, ending with a layer of marinara sauce on top.
  8. Drizzle olive oil over the top layer.
  9. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  10. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the lasagna is hot and bubbly.
