  4. In a blender, blend strawberries and coconut cream until smooth.
  5. In a small saucepan, heat the strawberry mixture over low heat and whisk in agar agar powder until dissolved.
  6. Pour the strawberry mixture over the crust and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
  7. Once set, remove from the pan and serve chilled.
