Place dates, almonds, goji berries, cacao powder, chia seeds, coconut oil, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt in a food processor.

Process until the mixture comes together and forms a sticky dough.

Line a baking dish with parchment paper.

Press the dough into the dish, spreading it evenly.

Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to set.

Remove from the refrigerator and cut into bars.
