Grate the carrots.

Heat ghee in a pan and add the grated carrots. Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.

Add milk to the pan and cook on low heat until the carrots are soft and the milk is absorbed.

Add sugar and cardamom powder to the pan and mix well.

In a separate pan, heat ghee and fry the cashews, raisins, and almonds until golden.

Add the fried nuts to the carrot mixture and mix well.

Cook for another 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
