Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 2 minutes.

Add the corn kernels and black beans to the pot and cook for another 3 minutes.

Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Stir in the cooked ramen noodles, soy sauce, lime juice, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Serve the ramen corn and black beans soup hot, garnished with green onions and cilantro.
