  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked quinoa, almond butter, honey, chia seeds, flaxseed meal, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Fold in mini chocolate chips, dried cranberries, and sliced almonds.
  4. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and transfer the mixture into the dish. Press it down firmly and evenly.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the baking dish for 30 minutes.
  7. Once cooled, remove from the baking dish and cut into bars.
  8. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
