  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Using a tablespoon, scoop the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Flatten each cookie slightly with the back of a spoon.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
