Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and anchovy fillets, cook until garlic is golden and anchovies dissolve.

Stir in diced tomatoes, olives, capers, red pepper flakes, basil, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain.
