Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine oats, almond butter, honey, chia seeds, ground flaxseed, dark chocolate chips, dried cranberries, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.

Scoop the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and flatten each cookie slightly with the back of a spoon.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.

Transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
