Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut the tops off the mini bell peppers and remove the seeds.

In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeno peppers, bacon, green onions, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Stuff the mixture into the mini bell peppers.

Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
