  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated potatoes, chickpea flour, chopped onion, green chili, cilantro, salt, turmeric powder, and red chili powder.
  4. Mix well to form a thick batter.
  5. Heat oil in a pan for frying.
  6. Take a spoonful of the batter and drop it into the hot oil.
  7. Fry until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove from the oil and drain on a kitchen towel.
  9. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
