Peel and grate the potatoes.

Finely chop the onion, green chili, and cilantro.

In a mixing bowl, combine the grated potatoes, chickpea flour, chopped onion, green chili, cilantro, salt, turmeric powder, and red chili powder.

Mix well to form a thick batter.

Heat oil in a pan for frying.

Take a spoonful of the batter and drop it into the hot oil.
