In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil. Gradually whisk in polenta and reduce heat to low. Cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, in a separate saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic, capers, and kalamata olives. Sauté for 2 minutes.

Add canned diced tomatoes, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper to the saucepan. Simmer for 10 minutes.

In a blender, combine silken tofu and the tomato sauce mixture. Blend until smooth.
