In a blender, combine pineapple, coconut milk, rum, honey, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.

Add a few pineapple chunks and shredded coconut to each mold.

Insert popsicle sticks into the molds.

Place the molds in the freezer and let them set for at least 4 hours or until completely frozen.

Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds and enjoy!
