Spiralize the zucchini into zoodles.

In a food processor, combine basil leaves, pine nuts, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.

Heat a large pan over medium heat and add the zoodles. Cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.

Add the pesto sauce to the pan and toss to coat the zoodles evenly.
