  2. Shape the dough into a disk, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to fit a 9-inch tart pan. Press the dough into the pan and trim off any excess.
  5. In a bowl, toss the pears with lemon juice. Arrange the pears on top of the tart crust.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine almond flour, coconut sugar, vanilla extract, and almond extract. Sprinkle the mixture over the pears.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the pears are tender.
