Pear Balm
Pears are one of the oldest cultivated fruits, dating back to ancient times. They are packed with fiber and are a good source of vitamin C.
This is vegan and gluten free recipe. Dish can be prepared in 85 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 10.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Peel and core the pears, then cut them into thin slices.

In a bowl, mix the pears, honey, and cinnamon until well coated.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add the vegetable oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until well combined.

Grease a baking dish and pour half of the batter into it.

Arrange the pear slices on top of the batter.

Pour the remaining batter over the pears.

Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 30 minutes.
